about Me

Alexa “Lex” Harrington is a master stylist with roots from Florida, to New York City where she studied and perfected her craft in Men’s Barbering and Women’s Cut & Color.

Starting her journey in 2008, after moving to Brooklyn, NY with the dream of becoming a top stylist, she attended world renowned Arrojo Academy, learning under celebrity stylist Nick Arrojo (UK).

Through the years she has had the opportunity to work behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week at MILK Studios, styling for Russian designer Alexandre Plokhov SS 2013. Also included: makeup and styling for TWELV Magazine 2015 featuring Arianna and The Rose; and Guilt Groupe FW 2010.

Alongside her busy schedule, Alexa’s passion drove her to share her craft and knowledge with the world and further beginner stylists as she once was. Starting in 2016, she became Director of Education with Fellow Barber (NYC) and drafted together an in-depth continued education programme for apprentices to give them the skills they needed to become 5 star barbers and stylists.

Since then, Alexa has relocated to Tallinn, Estonia to settle with her partner and friends and continue to share her gift with the community, continuing education for aspiring stylists and representing Davines Estonia.
